Tornado Watches Issued for Central US, Particularly Dangerous Situation in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas

The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Watch for parts of the Central US, including Oklahoma and Arkansas, until 5 am Tuesday. A rare Particularly Dangerous Situation Tornado Watch has also been issued across parts of Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas.
Meteorologists are warning that supercells capable of strong tornadoes and significant wind damage are possible, especially along the I-44 corridor. The Particularly Dangerous Situation Tornado Watch is issued when atmospheric conditions are particularly favorable for intense tornadoes.
Residents in the affected areas are urged to take precautions and stay informed about the latest weather updates. Be sure to have a plan in place in case of a tornado warning, and be prepared to take shelter immediately.
